Teams and collaboration
Tery co-founded SHIFT with two friends at Foundation University. The developer team grew to seven members and collaborates on technical projects within and outside the university.
He also founded VenaraDev, his personal technology company focused on software solutions for businesses and establishments.

Tery completed the 120-hour training program (June 22 - July 31, 2026) in Advanced Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, conducted by KOICA Digital Transformation Center, Hannam University (South Korea), & Silliman University (Philippines).
He received the Best Presenter Award during the program’s team project defense on July 31, 2026.
